I heard about making seed balls, this sounds like a great idea for kids so we are going to try and give it a go. Check this out for materials/instructions.

Cool idea! I'm definitely going to try this. I had bought 2 long planters to plant my starter seeds in my window. I think I'm going to make the pots and put them in the planters instead of just planting in them. That way I can also identify my seeds better :o)
